SALINA - Ortencia Martinez-Zaragoza, 68, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022. She was born to Alfredo Martinez and Maria De Los Angeles Mendiola on October 10, 1953.
She is preceded in death by her father and stepfather, Crecencio Mendiola G.
Ortencia is survived by her mother Maria De Los Angeles Mendiola; son Luis Alberto Martinez; daughter Antonia Lili Martinez-Furgison; brothers Jose Santos Matinez and Pedro Mendez; sister Gracie Hayden; grandchildren Arturo Martinez, Stephanie and Junior Tinay, Angela Furgison, Sophie Martinez, and Adel Martinez; and great-grandchildren Chandler, Norah and Charlee.
Visitation and rosary will be held from 2-8 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2022 at Sacred Heart Cathedral 118 N. 9th St., Salina. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30th at Sacred Heart Cathedral.
