ELLSWORTH COUNTY —Kansas Highway Patrol reports more drivers traveling well above the posted speed limit, despite a statewide campaign to crack down on excessive speeding.

On Monday, KHP Lt. Brown in Ellsworth County stopped a vehicle on I-70 westbound going 106 mph in a 75 mph zone, according to a social media report.

In addition to speeding, the driver was not traveling in the right lane like they should. Speeding and not following lane rules puts everyone in danger.&nbsp; The ticket was for $393.00.
