ELLSWORTH COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 1p.m. Tuesday in Ellsworth County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Ford Explorer driven by Lauren R. Saenz, 30, Lyons, was southbound on Kansas 14 at Kansas 156.
The driver failed to stop at the stop sign. An eastbound 2021 Toyota Camry driven by Alex Kasperczak, 64, Swindon, United Kingdom, struck the SUV.
EMS transported a passenger in the Toyota, identified as Judy Robbins, 60, Swindon, United Kingdom, to the Ellsworth County Medical Center. The drivers were not injured. All three were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
