Minor quake shakes part of Marion County Thursday morning

MARION - A small earthquake shook part of eastern Marion County Thursday morning.

According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a 2.2 magnitude quake struck southeast of Marion at 7:34 a.m. Thursday. It was centered north-northwest of the 170th Street/Yarrow Road intersection.
