Rolling Hills Zoo is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. This position will be responsible for preparation of food in the Zoo鈥檚 Overlook Restaurant as well as catering for the RHZ Conference Center.
Duties include but are not limited to:
路 Food Prep
路 Hiring, training and managing staff
路 Inventory and daily paperwork
路 Ensuring the restaurant is clean and ready for service each day
Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends and some evenings.
