The Salina Family YMCA is excited to announce the launch of Praise & Pedal, a new faith-based cycling class designed to uplift both body and spirit.

The class will debut on Thursday, May 7th, and will be offered weekly from 4:45 to 5:15 am.

Praise & Pedal combines the physical benefits of indoor cycling with the encouragement and reflection of worship music, creating a unique early-morning experience for participants seeking a positive and meaningful start to their day.

The class will be led by Annie Woodruff, the YMCA’s newest group fitness instructor. Annie brings a passion for movement, community, and faith, and she is excited to guide participants through a class that blends motivation, music, and mindfulness.

“We wanted to offer something that speaks to the whole person; mind, body, and spirit,” said Stacy Serrault, Group Exercise Coordinator at the Salina Family YMCA. “Praise & Pedal is a chance for members to connect with their fitness goals while also grounding themselves in gratitude and encouragement.”

The class is free for all YMCA members.

Non-members are also welcome but will be charged for a day pass to participate.
