With warm temperatures come concerns about fire weather issues this weekend.
Warm, dry, and breezy conditions forecast for Saturday are causing fire weather concerns on Saturday, the National Weather Service noted. The highest fire weather concerns are expected to be across southeast Kansas.

Fire weather concerns will ramp up on Sunday.
"Very windy conditions paired with unseasonably warm temperatures will create critical fire weather conditions on Sunday. Be aware of anything that may cause a spark as fires may be able to start easily and spread quickly," the National Weather Service noted.
Additionally, windy conditions and dry soils may lead to some blowing dust across portions of central and south-central Kansas, according to the National Weather Service.
