
Elizabeth May (Romm) Gragg, 64, of Salina, Kansas, passed away on May 20, 2025. She was born on June 2, 1960, in Salina to Charles and Marlyn (Hamilton) Romm.
Elizabeth married her beloved Mark Gragg on August 1, 1982. Together they built a life centered around family, faith, and service. Elizabeth pursued a career in nursing, earning her RN degree from Asbury School of Nursing. She served faithfully as a nurse for 43 years, including the last 20 years as an oncology nurse at the Tammy Walker Cancer Center, where she was known for her compassion and dedication to her patients.
She was a devoted mother to her sons, Darren (Cassie) Gragg and Jason (Kylee) Gragg, and a proud Mimi to Noah, Ethan, and Ella. Her greatest joys came from attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, sewing, and gardening. She was also an active member of Faith Baptist Church.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marlyn Romm, and her sister, Connie Hefner.She is survived by her husband, Mark Gragg; her brother, Charles (Nancy) Romm Jr.; Darren (Cassie) Gragg and Jason (Kylee) Gragg; grandchildren Noah, Ethan, and Ella; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 26, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Ryan Mortuary. A celebration of Elizabeth’s life will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Salina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Faith Baptist Church or the Salina Rescue Mission.
