Friends of the Salina Animal Shelter plans a free pet food giveaway Sunday.
The event is scheduled for 1-4:30 p.m. Sunday at Salina Animal Services, 329 N. Second Street.

Registration is from 1-4 p.m. Numbers will be assigned for order of distribution; ID and proof of residence required.
Food distribution begins at 4 p.m.
One distribution per household.
Friends of Salina Animal Shelter reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying difficult or unruly behavior.
Procedures are subject to change.
Food distributed through the FSAS giveaway is made possible through the generous donations of local businesses and supporters of the Friends of the Salina Animal Shelter. We are unable to guarantee the availability of specific brands or varieties but will fulfill your pets needs to the best of our ability. Additionally, food provided here is intended to meet emergency needs and assist low-income pet owners provide for their pets. The giveaway is not intended to be the sole source of meeting your pet's nutritional needs.
