Survivors include: husband: Curtis Penner of rural Lehigh; son, Royce (BethAnn) Penner of Ogallala, Nebraska; daughter, Connie (Bentley) Richert of Buhler; brothers, Claude (Martha) Chandler, James Chandler; sister, Ola (Paul) Elmore; 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
