CLOUD COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 3p.m. Friday in Cloud County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Chey Silverado driven by Sarah Jane Taylor, 69, Clyde was westbound on Rock Road at 260th The pickup slowed, but the driver failed to come to a complete stop, entered the intersection and struck a southbound 2010 Chevy Equinox driven by Steven Louis Sorrell, 76, Clyde.
EMS transported Sorrell to North Central Kansas Medical. Taylor was not injured. The drivers were not wearing seat belts, according to the KHP.
