After two executive sessions in two Salina City Commission meetings, there is still no clear answer on the City's next steps are regarding the Cozy Inn ruling.

This comes after US District Court Judge Toby Crouse, ruled that on November 19th the City of Salina violated the First Amendment and favoring the Cozy Inn to keep their mural.
On November 24th that following Monday, Salina Commissioners moved into executive session at the end of the meeting.
No answer was given, other than adjournment.
On December 8th, the same action followed.
