John Christopher Palmgren left this world February 8, 2022 at the age of 56.  He was born January 13, 1966.  He was preceded in death by his mother Marilyn Hopkins, and stepmother Sharon Palmgren.  

John Chris is survived by his father John D. Palmgren and siblings Chris Morrison, Steven Morrison, Jennifer Demoret, Dan Brown and Cyndi Bilson. 

He is missed greatly by his kids Jennifer Packett, Whitney Henle, Damon Swisher, Justin Contis, Jayson Palmgren, Allison Mann, Grayson Palmgren; and 15 grandchildren.  

He served in the U.S. Army and worked many years to help maintain his grandparent's farm and rentals.  He was a hard worker and could fix just about anything whether it was cars, motorcycles or houses.  John Chris worked very hard to overcome the many struggles he suffered throughout his life, but no matter what his heart was full of love for his family and children.  

A memorial service will be held at CrossRoads Church, 1125 South Street, Salina, KS on February 25 at 2 p.m.
