On Monday, the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association unveiled its All-State basketball teams for classes 1-6A, and our area was well represented with 15 of our local athletes making the cut.
Among those honored were 12 boys and 3 girls from the Salina area, with four on the first team, two on the second team, four on the third team, and five honorable mentions.
