After a week to rest up, the Southeast of Saline track and field teams were back in full effect on Friday at the Smoky Valley Invitational in Gypsum.
Both teams wasted no time getting back to work with the boys winning their third-straight meet and the girls posting a seventh-place finish among the 13-team field.
For the boys, victory was once again absolute as the Trojans cleared their next closest competition by 32 points in a 107-point performance themselves.
Meanwhile, the girls finished with 35 points, just behind a pair of area schools in Abilene and Chapman but ahead of the only other league school competing in Ellsworth.
11 individuals found the podium in 13 different events, in addition to a trio of relay teams on a day that saw the Trojans and Lady Trojans claim seven gold medals.
