Bradley Alan "Brad" Clark, 69, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away at 5:55 p.m., Thursday, November 26th, while in the company of family members, at his home.
Brad was born in McPherson, Kansas on April 25, 1951, a son of Bonita "Bonnie" Mae (Barngrover) and Marvin Duane Clark.
Brad attended Roosevelt grade school, Park school, McPherson Junior High and graduated from McPherson High School, McPherson, Kansas in 1969.
He was a member of First Christian Church McPherson, Kansas where he was baptized on May 21, 1972.
Bradley Alan Clark was united in marriage to Sherri Marie Seckman on September 24, 1977 at the First Christian Church, McPherson, Kansas. The young couple established their first home together in McPherson. This union was blessed with the birth of a son Adam.
Brad worked for Kit Manufacturing for two years. Then worked as Payroll, Materials, and Electrician Helper at Dresser Engineering. He worked at Boeing in Wichita, and then returned to McPherson, working for McPherson Energy. He worked at VanGuard Plastics for 18 years. He worked at MCDS as Transportation Manager. He got his Insurance License and sold Life Insurance. He also got his Real Estate License and sold Real Estate.
Brad was a Boy Scout Leader for Troop 133, was a member of the NRA, was a member of several bowling leagues through the years, was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 24 and American Legion Riders Post 24, and rode several Patriot Guard missions. Brad enjoyed spending time with Adam, was always interested in Aviation and had a private pilot's license. He had an interest in History, enjoyed camping, fishing, target shooting, bowling with his teams through the years, ridding motorcycle's, and Brad loved faith, family, friends, and his dogs.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of over forty-three years, Sherri Clark, of McPherson, Kansas; his son, Adam Clark and his fiance' Katie Pegram, of McPherson, Kansas; his brother, Randy Clark, of Wichita, Kansas; and his two granddaughters, Cierra Clark and Athena Clark; many nephews and nieces, other relatives and a host of friends.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Bonnie Clark; a grandson, Everett Joseph Miller.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Glidden - Ediger Chapel, McPherson. Mask is required
Funeral service will be held at First Christian Church McPherson, Kansas, at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 with Pastor Lynn Scott officiating. Mask is required
Burial will be at the McPherson Cemetery McPherson, Kansas.
