Domination doesnât begin to describe Tescottâs 74-7 showing against the Chase Kats on Friday night, but itâs a start.
The Trojans rolled to a perfect 5-0 behind near-perfect performances from the offense, defense, and special teams.

Tescott led 55-0 at the end of the first quarter, and 74-7 at the end of the first half, sending everyone home early in a smooth mercy-rule victory.
The offense got things started, returning the opening kickoff to the seven, and scoring on the first play from scrimmage on a pitch from Jace Krone to Joey Stirn.
On their second defensive play of the night, Krone intercepted Chase QB Aiden Hunter and returned the pick to paydirt to put Tescott up 16-0.
One drive later, the Kats snapped an attempted punt out the back of the end zone for a safety, and one play later, Tescott was on the board again as Stirn hit Brody Thompson on a 45-yard bomb.
In the blink of an eye, the Trojan lead was 25, and Tescott never looked back, allowing just one scoring drive and holding Chase to 30 yards of net offense while scoring on every single offensive drive of the night.
The Tescott offense went 8-for-8, with Joey Stirn leading the charge.
Stirn completed both of his pass attempts for 55 yards and a touchdown, took both of his carries to the house from seven and eight yards out, hauled in one pass for 22 yards and a fourth score, and just for good measure, returned a kickoff 62 yards to paydirt for his fifth and final touchdown of the day.
In addition to stifling the Katsâ offense, Tescottâs defense also forced four turnovers and scored two touchdowns to add to their safety.
The undefeated Trojans will take their 5-0 record on the road to Pawnee Heights next week while Chase returns home to face Western Plains.
