SRH Advisors is pleased to announce that Jake Knebel, Securities Analyst for SRH Advisors, has officially earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation, a globally recognized signal of knowledge, expertise and a commitment to ethics in the investment profession.
The CFA charter, awarded by the CFA Institute, is a widely respected professional credential in the field of investment management and research analysis.
Established in 1962, the CFA designation attests to a charterholder’s success in completing a rigorous program in the finance industry. To earn the charter, candidates must pass three sequential examinations, demonstrate at least 4,000 hours of qualified professional experience in investment decision-making, join the CFA Institute as members, and commit to upholding the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
Prior to relocating from San Diego, CA and joining SRH Advisors in Salina, KS in 2022, Knebel served as a Research Analyst at an actively managed hedge fund specializing in small cap equities. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. in Finance from the University of San Diego.
