A Salina man is accused for harassing a woman multiple times, before arrest.

According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on April 16, a 22-year old woman reported that the day prior at around 11:45 pm, a known associate identified as Christopher Williams (22) agreed to give her a ride to her residence.

However according to SPD, Williams did not take the path towards her home.

The woman then became paranoid, as Williams refused to either take her home or let her out of the vehicle. Williams then began driving erratically throughout Salina.

Moreover, the woman attempted to get out of the vehicle multiple times, but Williams would pull her back into the vehicle. When she attempted to use her phone, Williams would then take the phone from her.

Just after 2:00 am on April 16, Williams eventually dropped her off at her residence.

Subsequently, Williams called the woman approximately 60 times according to SPD.

SPD stated the woman had minor marks on her arms, where Williams grabbed her.

At about 6:30 pm on April 16, Williams was located at a home in southeast Salina by law enforcement and took him into custody without incident.

He was booked into the Saline County Jail in reference Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Robbery, Domestic Battery, and Harassment by a telecommunication device.
