Amber Ellyson is the latest Comfort Heating & Air Salute to Service honoree.
Amber is a Corrections Officer III with the Saline County Sheriff's Office, where she's worked for three years.
Her nominator wrote, "Amber has worked hard to protect and serve while making a career at the Saline County Jail. She is a dedicated mother and Corrections officer. She is one of the most selfless women I know and deserves the acknowledgement."

Comfort Heating & Air and Mokas Coffee are back this fall with their "Salute to Service" program, a weekly contest on Salina Post to honor a local police officers, military members, medical professionals, or first responders. Each week, a winner will be selected and will receive a $50 gift card to Mokas Coffee in Salina.
All the weekly winners will be entered in a random drawing to be held on Dec. 20 to win a Salina Staycation with hotel, a local gift cards for shopping and food. Additionally, Comfort Heating & Air will also donate $500 to the charity or service organization of the grand prize winner’s choice.
