A storm system will arrive on Friday bringing with it a mix a rain and snow to portions of Kansas. 

Light accumulations of 1 to perhaps 2 inches will be possible along the Interstate 70 corridor of central Kansas, while amounts of a trace to a light dusting will be possible across portions of south central Kansas, according to the National Weather Service in Wichita.
