Iona E. DeLaney, 74, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, May 24th, 2022.
Iona was born in Hays, Kansas on August 14, 1947, a daughter of Lenor C. (Manny) Irby, of Logan, Kansas and the late Harold Irby.
Survivors include her husband, Bob DeLaney; two daughters, Lori Kirby, of Salina, Kansas, Jeana Opal, (Corey) of Salina, Kansas; son Robert"Rob" DeLaney (Jennifer) Jr., of Rolla, Missouri; five brothers, Roger (Martha) Irby, of Commerce City, Colorado; Ronald (Marci) Irby, of Gainesville, Florida; Randy (Susan) Irby, of Queen Creek, Arizona; Kevin (Nancie) Irby, of Goodyear, Arizona; Allen Irby, of Pflugerville, Texas; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her infant brother Jimmy Irby, and sisters Luana Croomes and Diana "Gail" Stogner
Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m., June 25, 2022 at Emmanuel Foursquare Church, 1325 E. Cloud St., Salina, Kansas.
