Patricia K. Jones, 77, Glasco, died Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in Beloit. Pat was born November 24, 1947, in Glasco to Charles George and Anna Eva (Wiscinsci) Jones.
Pat was a lifelong Glasco resident, and she worked as a bank teller for many years. She was an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School with Avis Henning for many years.
Pat was very proud of her family, often recanting past stories and memories about family trips. She spent a lot of time in particular with her father and talked about how much she loved them all, even in her late years.
At her family home on First St, Pat tended to quite an array of beautiful flowers and plants in her gardens outside. She quite enjoyed being outdoors, even just the time spent on her patio was satisfying.
She was also quite active in the Glasco Community. Whether it was helping with a meal at the Senior Center or finding time to provide a ride for a friend, Pat was always there for others. Pat would not miss a Fun Day or Rhubarb-Fest if she could help it.
Her smile and appreciation of life was always apparent. Even when faced with challenges in her later life, Pat was always able to brighten a room with her positive energy and her ability to make conversation with about anyone. Pat was unquestionably loyal to her family, community, and friends - something readily apparent to anyone who had the pleasure of spending time with her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Judea Jones and the staff and residents of the Nicol Home in Glasco where Pat lived at the time of her passing.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 15 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Glasco. Inurnment will be in the Glasco Cemetery at a later date.
