The Saline County Health Department invites you to attend the next HR Healthy Workplace Roundtable to discuss creative child care solutions for your workforce Feb. 23 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Saline County Health Department. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. Discussion starts at noon. You must be registered to attend.
Among the many challenges regarding a lack of safe and affordable child care, it leads to higher employee attrition, fewer parents- particularly mothers- returning to the workforce, and loss of productivity in the workplace. Join us for lunch and a roundtable discussion about creative ways employers are helping their employees find child care solutions.
This is an open forum designed for HR professionals and executives to share ideas and information and to discuss the strengths, weaknesses, and struggles surrounding helping employees navigate the child care crisis and find solutions to solve their child care needs.
