A storm system will bring increasing chances for rain late Thursday into Friday.
Some wet snow may develop across portions of central Kansas Thursday night but no accumulation is expected, according to the National Weather Service in Wichita.
Most locations will see at least 1/2 inch of rain by Friday evening, the weather service noted.
