WICHITA, Kan. - Shaw Lee of (RV) Kansas Wesleyan University has earned the KCAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week honor the conference office announced Monday. Student-athletes are selected for their performances from April 21-27 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by Equity Bank.

Lee had an incredible performance in KWU's 4-0 win over Avila. He took a no-hitter into the seventh inning of the 7-inning game. The hit in the seventh was only the second base runner of the day for Avila, and the first since the first inning. He retired a string of 18 consecutive batters in the game.
Lee and the Coyotes are the No. 2 seed in this week's KCAC Tournament in Joplin, Missouri. KWU plays No. 7 Friends in the first round of the tournament starting on Wednesday.
