Ronald Louis Clark, 69, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, with his wife by his side at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, Wichita. Ron worked in sales and marketing at Phillips Petroleum Company and Wittig Transport, Inc.
Ron was born on January 27, 1953, in Caney, KS, the son of Robert Leslie and Shelia Kay “Pat” (Robison) Clark. He graduated from Caney High School in 1971 and from University of Kansas in 1975, where he was in the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Ron was united in marriage to Anne Casey on August 14, 1999, in Grove, OK.
He was a social member of the American Legion Post #24, McPherson.
Survivors include his loving wife, Anne of the home; mother Pat Clark of Oklahoma City, OK; a brother, Kendal (Debra) Clark of Oklahoma City, OK; nephew John (Ashley) Clark; niece Keesie (Angie) Clark; and many extended nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Clark.
A private family service will be held at the Church of the Servant in Oklahoma City, OK. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the American Legion Post #24, McPherson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the American Legion Post #24 in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
