ABILENE -- The defending 3A cross country champion boys team from Southeast of Saline High School (SES) started the 2020 season with a first-place finish at the Abilene Invitational Thursday.
Additionally, the SES girls finished in a first-place tie with Sacred Heart.
"What a great start to the 2020 season. We came home with quite a few medals today. It was fun to see some of our younger runners step up and compete," said Coach Wade Caselman.
