Donald Eugene Garris, 75, of Salina, passed away Monday, August 22, 2022. He was born May 21, 1947 in Wichita, KS.
He worked for KC International Airport as a ground crew member for 30 years, and previously served in the United States Air Force as a sgt., while serving in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jay and Freda J. (Driver) Garris.
Survivors include his sister Carolyn Adams and her husband Matthew of Beaverton, Oregon; a grandnephew, Niko Davis; nephew Steven Davis; and niece Evon Davis; and close friends and neighbors Steve Caselman and John Utterback, both of Salina.
Visitation will be on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by his funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.
