The Independence Day schedule (Tuesday, July 4th) for General Services work groups is as follows:
Sanitation, Landfill and Salina Drive-thru Recycling Center
(SDRC): Sanitation and SDRC crews will maintain normal
operating hours. However, the Landfill will close early at 2:00 PM.
General Services Office: General Services administrative offices
will be closed Tuesday, July 4, and will return to regular business hours, Wednesday, July 5
Household Hazardous Waste Facility: The Household Hazardous Waste facility will be closed Tuesday, July 4, with appointments by phone resuming Wednesday, July 5 and normal operating hours resuming Thursday, July 6.
City offices will be also be closed Tuesday, July 4.
