The Gordon Sisters of Aurora, Colorado will make their return and perform in Salina.
The Gospel music group will perform at the Tony's Pizza Events Center (800 The Midway) on Saturday, June 27 at 6:00 pm, with doors opening at 5:30 pm.
Admission is FREE and all are welcome.
The Gordon Sisters are a group of six sisters of the Apostolic faith. They perform traditional and modern Gospel, country, and will put together a patriotic piece for the United States semiquincentennial along with a Gospel message.
Moreover, the Gordon Sisters will perform again at the Apostolic Church of Salina (1506 Beverly Dr.) on Sunday, June 28 at 2:00 pm.
Pastor David Hall of the Apostolic Church, knows them personally and told Salina Post they are "very well published."
All sisters have been singing together since they were in preschool, when their mother taught them how to harmonize. What began around the family piano has grown into a lifelong ministry of music. Whether singing in churches, concert settings, or community events, they desire to encourage hearts and give glory to God.
The Gordon Sisters performed in Salina several years ago and by popular demand, they were willing to return.
