Mark Abordo Queddeng, 70, of Ottawa, KS died Friday, February 2, 2024 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Lawrence, Kansas.
He was born December 10, 1953 in Honolulu, Hawaii the son of Jose and Betty Queddeng. He graduated from Kalalau High School with the class of 1971.
On December 19, 1994, Mark was united in marriage to Angela Teague in Fort Smith, AR. They shared twenty-nine years of loving marriage.
Mark worked as a car detailer, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He loved hot rod cars.
Mark enjoyed going on semi rides with his best friend, Pastor Bell. He loved God and was in love with the Hawaiian culture, such as surfing. He never passed by a single person without making a joke.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Betty Queddeng; and 2 brothers, Kenneth (Blackie) Abordo and Eddie Abordo.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Queddeng; a daughter, Cassie O Keefe; a son, Christopher Teague; a brother, Jose Queddeng and his wife, Lana; 2 sisters, Tillie Apo and Joann Hopps and her husband, Jeff; a brother-in-law, Kenneth Teague and his wife, Terri; a granddaughter, Emma (Sweetie) Pacheco; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the Living Way Apolistic Church, Ottawa, KS.
