A Kansas teen was injured in an accident just before noon Tuesday in Saline County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Toyota Corolla driven by Lindsey Makara Aita, 17, Salina, was southbound on Simpson Road at McReynolds Road. The driver lost control of the car. It entered the west ditch, struck a culvert and overturned.
EMS transported Aita to Salina Regional Health Center. She was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
