
Laura Jean Jennings Moore, 64, of Salina, Kan., passed away Friday, June 13, 2025. She was born March 17, 1961, in Beatrice, Neb., to Robert and Barbara (Foulk) Dingle.
Laura grew up in Salina and graduated from Salina South High School. It was in Salina that she met and married Jim Jennings. After Jim passed away, she moved to Tucson, Az., where she owned and operated a successful leatherwork shop called To the Moon Designs. It was at the shop where she met her future husband, Bob Moore, while he was in town working on a film production. They later married and she joined Bob in California, working with him in film wardrobe design for many years.
Survivors include her mother, Barbara Drake; sister, Terri Burr (Allen Sr.); step-sons, Michael Moore (Cathy) and Bobby Moore (Denise); aunt, Darlene Puckett; nephew, Brandon Muse; and cousins, Gary, Tracy, and Steve.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert; husbands, Jim Jennings and Bob Moore; brother-in-law, Gary Muse; aunt, Delores Bahs; and uncles, Bill Dingle and Raymond Puckett.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Landmark Apostolic Church, 725 Commanche Ave, Salina, with a luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Salina Animal Services, care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
