Salina - Larry L. Toothman, 79, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020. He was born November 18, 1940 to Carl E. and Mary O. (Nunn) Toothman in Niles, Kansas. He was a US Marine Veteran. A life member of VFW Post 1432 and DAV Chapter 11 both of Salina.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Toothman, Salina; sons, Steven Turner (Cecelia), Tescott, Wayne Toothman, Lake Charles, LA; daughters, Chelsea Toothman (Christopher), Salina, Cindy Fontenot, Sulphur, LA; sister, Phyllis Turner, New Cambria; dogs, Beau and Bonnie; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Pauline Crawford and Edgar Toothman; niece, Diana VanDiver.
Visitation, Friday, September 4, 2020 from 4 to 8 p.m. with family receiving friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at Ryan Mortuary. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 5, at Greenville Cemetery, Niles, KS. Family request dress casual. A procession will leave at 10:30 a.m. to the cemetery from Ryan Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the VFW 1432, Salina and sent in care of Ryan Mortuary.
