Louis Dean Kegle, age 62, formerly of Clyde, entered into rest on Monday, June 21, 2021, at Sunset Nursing Home in Concordia, Kansas.
He was born on May 17, 1959 in Concordia, Kansas to Edward and Emma Rose (Derousseau) Kegle.
Louis was a 1977 graduate of Clyde High School, Clyde, Kansas.
Louis worked as a carpenter with his father and brothers in the construction business.
Louis enjoyed reading, being tech savvy, and remaining informed about current affairs.
Louis is survived by his siblings David Kegle, Modesto, CA.; Anne Kegle, Hayward, CA.; Robert Kegle (Debbie), Oakley, CA.; Ed Kegle Jr., Minneapolis, MN.; Edith Kegle, Ormond Beach, FL.; uncle and aunt Bill and Pat Kegle, Gustine, CA; aunt and uncle Elaine and Dean Begnoche, Clyde, KS; three nieces and seven nephews, and five great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward Harold and Emma Rose, uncles Isadore and Duane, and aunt Carolyn.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life service may be held at a later time.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church/Parish, Clyde, Kansas or a charity of your choosing in Louis' name, in care of Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, P.O. Box 606, Concordia, KS 66901.
