Salina Police Department officers are investigating the theft of equipment from a storage trailer at Ferco Rental, located at 264 N. Broadway Avenue in Salina.
According to SPD Capt. James Feldman, the business reported on Jan. 15 that unknown person(s) accessed a storage trailer on the property and removed multiple items between Jan. 5, 2025, and Jan. 13, 2025. The stolen items included a generator, a Stihl hot saw, and 500 feet of ¾-inch copper welding leads, with a total estimated loss of $3,600.
No signs of forced entry or damage to the trailer were reported.
The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Salina Police Department.
