The telephone conference for the ongoing Cozy Inn lawsuit scheduled for noon on Wednesday, has now been cancelled.

As seen on PACER reports from the US District Court, District of Kansas, no further actions is listed on "#137" after the notice of the cancelled hearing.
However, Salina Post is awaiting an update from local attorney representing the City of Salina, Aaron Martin (Clark, Mize & Linville, Chartered) on what will take place moving forward.
