The August Emergency Food Assistance Program distribution is set for Wednesday in Salina.
The drive-thru distribution is scheduled for 10 a.m.-noon Wednesday at the 4-H Building in Kenwood Park. The distribution is hosted by Sunrise Presbyterian Church.
Food to be distributed includes tomato soup, canned pears, diced tomatos, beef stew, canned pork, fresh apples, garbanzo beans, fresh oranges, raisins, peanut butter, sliced ham, orange juice, chicken fillet, peaches in a cup, figs, canned beef, green beans, canned peaches, vegetable soup, mixed fruit and nuts, grapefruit juice, beef chili, and cream of mushroom soup.
Persons participating will need proof of a Saline County address and a photo ID. Wearing of face masks will be required.
