Charles O. Meece, formerly of Salina

Charles O. Meece, 92, of Michigan City, Indiana, formerly of Salina, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022. He was born December 22, 1929, in Gillespie, Illinois.
He served in the military for 12 years, doing two tours in Korea.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Martha J. (Hildreth) Meece, and his two beloved wives Yvonne J. Meece and Mary E. Meece, one sister, and six brothers.
Survivors include his wife; Mae Meece, his son Timothy Meece and his wife Debbie, one brother; six sisters, one grandson; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Roselawn Memorial Park, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina.
