Melinda G. Howg, 78, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, in Salina, KS, surrounded by her family. She was born the third of ten children, July 15, 1943, in San Diego, CA, to Glen and Emma Jean (Graber) Minton.

Melinda was everyone’s grandma. Anyone who knew her, knew how much she loved her family especially her great grand kids. Melinda was famous for popcorn balls on Halloween and always ran out so fast. Even when Melinda retired, she still always worked doing foster grandparents and helping at the school. She was also a member of the Sylvan Grove First Presbyterian Church. To know Melinda was to love Melinda, she touched so many lives and will be missed dearly.
