The Saline County Road and Bridge Department has announced that a portion of N. Hedville Road will be closed next week for railroad crossing work.
N. Hedville Road will be closed Monday through Oct. 15 by the K&O Railroad to replace the crossing on the north side of Hedville. The railroad will be detouring traffic onto Interstate 70, N. Halstead Road, and State Street.
Local traffic is asked to find alternate routes during construction.
