Monday through Wednesday, APAC Shears of Salina will be doing pavement repairs on N. Ninth Street between W. Iron Avenue and W. Ash Street and S. Ninth Street between W. Prescott Avenue and Morrison Avenue.

Traffic will be maintained around the work zones. Through traffic is encouraged to avoid the areas altogether if possible or reduce their speeds around the work zones for their safety and the safety of the workers.

The $916,000 project was a major component of the City of Salina's $4.7 million 2022 maintenance capital improvement program.
