Get ready for a festive evening filled with Christmas cheer as Salina Mayor Bill Longbine invites the entire community to the Mayor’s Christmas Pancakes & Pajama Party this Friday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Salina Fieldhouse.

The holiday celebration promises fun for all ages. Attendees are encouraged to wear their coziest pajamas and bring their appetites for a night of Christmas-themed activities.

Here’s what’s in store:

Pancakes by Chris Cakes: Enjoy a delicious pancake dinner served up fresh.

Hot Chocolate Station: Warm up with a festive cup of hot chocolate.

Craft Stations: Create holiday-themed crafts perfect for the season.

Storytime: Listen to classic holiday stories read aloud.

Santa Visit: Meet Santa Claus and capture the holiday magic.

Mayor Longbine expressed his excitement about hosting the event.

"Kids enjoy it, and it keeps growing and getting bigger and better every year," Mayor Longbine said. "My next-door neighbor can't wait to go. She's in third grade. We hope everyone enjoys the pancakes and Christmas cheer."
