The Salina City Commission will hold its regular meeting on Monday June 22, 2026. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm inside Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street.

Consent Agenda
1. Consider approval of the June 8, 2026, regular meeting minutes.
2. Consider approval of Resolution No. 26-8359 appointing a member to the Planning Commission.
3. Consider authorizing Evergy to relocate power poles at the Landfill in an amount not to exceed $55,380 prior to the Scale House and Entrance Improvements Project.
4. Consider awarding the bid for Parks Concrete Improvements to Ponton Construction of Salina in an amount not to exceed $292,241.
Administration
1. Consider renewing the City's Comprehensive Property/Casualty Insurance with Travelers and Chubb in the combined amount of $1,091,474.
2. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 26-11287 authorizing the issuance of IRBs in a principal amount of $12,500,000 for a sales tax exemption on construction materials for the Lee Lofts Phase II project.
3. Consider a temporary increase to the City Manager's Purchasing Authority for the approval of Tree Trimming and Removal Services.
4. Consider approval of Resolution No. 26-8358, authorizing the advisability and establishment of a Special Improvement District for the extension of Virginia Drive.
Development Business
1. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 26-11286 designating the H.D. Lee Flour Mills sign as a Historic Sign.
