Effectively immediately and until further notice, OCCK, Inc. Transportation is discontinuing CityGo peak routes it put in place on Monday.
Regular routes will run as usual.
When asked by Salina Post about the sudden change, Michelle Griffin, director of mobility management, said, "The situation warrants the change."
No other information was made available.
Passengers will be required to wear masks and observe social distancing requirements. Additional buses may be dispatched if needed.
All other transportation options will continue as normally scheduled.
Services levels will continue to be adjusted as the situation warrants, OCCK Transportation noted in a news release.
