Pamela Kay Wilson, 81, of Marquette, Kansas passed away September 4, 2023, at the Lindsborg Community Hospital. Pam was born November 25, 1941, in Salina to Woodrow “Woody” and Eloise Wilson of Lincoln, Kansas.
Pam had many wonderful memories of growing up in Lincoln and while she was in high school the family moved to Marquette where Pam graduated in 1959.
She held several jobs, working at Farmers Alliance in McPherson, Westinghouse, ADM Laboratory, and retired after working over 20 years at Walmart in Salina. She was a resident of Salina for many years, moving back to Marquette to help care for her mother following the death of her father in 1988.
Throughout her life Pamela loved horses, growing flowers, and playing the piano and organ. For many years she enjoyed singing in the Messiah at Bethany College. Later in life Pam accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
She is survived by her brother, John Wilson and his wife Mary of Minneapolis; nephews Jeff Wilson (Nancy) of Overland Park, Justin Wilson (Katie) of Minneapolis, and niece Rachel Grilliot (Jim) of Hesston.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 9, at the Lincoln Cemetery.
