UPDATE: Four quakes shake southeastern Saline County Monday

UPDATE 8:10 p.m. Monday: The Kansas Geological Survey has reported two additional quakes in southeastern Saline County this evening.

A 2.1 magnitude quake struck at 6:54 p.m., and was centered north of E. Hedberg Road between S. Niles Road and S. Cunningham Road.

At 7:42 p.m. Monday, a 2.0 magnitude quake was centered east of S. Cunningham Road between E. Hedberg Road and E. Assaria Road.

GYPSUM - Small earthquakes continued to shake southeastern Saline County Monday.

According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a 2.7 magnitude earthquake struck at 8:21 a.m. Monday southwest of Gypsum. It was centered east of S. Cunningham Road between E. Hedberg Road and E. Assaria Road.

At 1:58 p.m. Monday, a 2.1 magnitude earthquake struck southwest of Gypsum. It was centered east-northeast of the E. Hedberg Road/S. Cunningham Road intersection.
