David E. Lehman, 64 of Abilene passed away August 12, 2025. He was born September 9, 1960 in Abilene, the son of Frank and Mary (Gfeller) Lehman. David graduated Abilene High School in 1978.
After graduating, he went to Kansas State University and later earning his Bachelors at MU. He was a professor at KSU and MU teaching marketing and economics.
David is survived by his three brothers: Roger, Thomas and Michael (Stacey) Lehman. Seven nephews: Kenton and Kalen Howard; Blaise, Brock, Brogan and Bentley Lehman and Lucas Lehman.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Deanna Lehman and Sandra Howard.
Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, August 18, 2025 at the Abilene City Cemetery with Pastor Stan Norman officiating.
Family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5 -7 P.M., at Danner Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials be given to The Community Foundation of Dickinson County.
