The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a wind advisory in effect from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday for Lincoln County.
South winds at 27 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle.

Ottawa County
South winds at 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
